Next week, on Saturday the 9th of September, the annual MSX fair in Bussum is to be held once again in
Buurtcentrum Uit-wijk, Bussum. Since our previous
status update two more stand holders have registered a booth (
Bazix and
Totally Chaos Team) and the day was given a
GFX9000 flavor. Furthermore (although the formal confirmation is still to be announced) there will be an MSX Marathon this year, meaning that die-hard MSX fans can enjoy a full 24 hours of MSX-ing in Bussum.
The list of standholders now looks as following:
- Bazix - Demonstration of the latest One Chip MSX prototype (without casing)
- Darkstone - To be announced
- Darkness God of Destroy - Demonstrations of MSX emulators for various portable systems, creation of the realtime article
- Delta Soft - Demonstration and sale of own software, amongst others the latest game Konami Quiz 2 - The lost cartridges
- MSX HCCgg - Promotion of the HCC MSX user group and their activities
- MSX Resource Center - Demonstration of Blox, SymbOS and X-Tazy, sale of MSX-T-shirts, and a brand new free CD-ROM edition of MSX Fair Downloads, the entire contents of our downloads database
- openMSX - Demonstration of openMSX emulator, discussion of future development
- Sunrise - Sale and demonstration of Sunrise hardware and software, with special focus on the GFX9000. The GFX9000 itself will be available for a special discount price of € 119,-
- TNI - Organisation of the fair. Demonstration of TNI products in development
- Totally Chaos Team - MSX Worldwide magazine, cables, old MSX Info magazines and hardware
Being the largest and most internationally focused MSX fair of the year, the MSX fair in Bussum is a great way of seeing, discussing and buying the latest developments in the MSX community, socialize with MSX friends and get a big boost to your overall MSX motivation.
