Cheat MSX keeps expanding her horizon. It started out as a website with game cheats, but meanwhile it boosts game maps and game FAQs as well. The latest feature of this website is a very practical one: as of today it will host the latest dev version of openMSX (Win32). Dev versions are the versions between official openMSX releases, often utilized by developers, betatesters and anyone else who follows openMSX closely. With the risk of encountering new bugs, people can enjoy the latest tweaks and features. The website aims to add the latest dev version at the end of each week.

These builds are made like the openMSX team would build their releases, I would encourage to use these builds since they show a pretty good picture on where we are heading with openMSX... if bugs are found let us know on irc irc.freenode.net #openmsx or through our bugtracker on http://openmsx.sf.net

things to test in these releases

start a game.

bring up console (F10)
bind f6 "reverse goback 1" (you only have to do this once!)

reverse start
and close the console (F10)

You can now reverse emulate with the F6 key

No Mac version?

I´m currently only able to build Win32 releases following the OpenMSX Standards.
Maybe after a while, when rest of team agrees, and I am able to build a MAC dev version.
It will be online as soon as possible Just keep checking every week, if an release is available

SD-Snatcher you can compile on the Mac we support that so it shouldn't be a problem with all those build in compilers

I'll give it a try tonight, to install Mac, and to compile a dev version.
If it works. It will be online tomorrow ( I hope ).
