The fourth MEGA Challenge entry from Yermani Soft (Germán Gómez Herrera) is called Western. This game is of the point 'n shoot genre in wildwest-style. This game requires MSX2, 128Kb RAM and 128KB VRAM. Joystick or Mouse are optional and the game as well as the manual are available in Spanish and English.

A small bug in the english version: Line 70 in the loader needs to be updated to do bload"EWESTERN.BIN"

Otherwise a very nice game

Very nice game!!! Good to see you again, Germán!

indeed, the ewestern.dsk is flawed, fix line 70.
nice game ! nice GFX! BAD Enlish (I don't wanna be a yerk, but damn your English is BAD. It's even so BAD, Michael Jackson himself can't moonwalk on it)
Oh, that logo looks like some T&E logo I've seen, including the "blink"

haven't tested it with mouse so I had "game" over within seconds. whahahah.

Good entry.

Love the cartoon-alike graphics. Where are they taken from? Colourful and big, although the flickering is a bit on the rough side.

Remarkable: the smooth and fast movement of the cross-hair.

But I totally agree with ro: your English needs some debugging. What about finding a proofreader?

I think it's great that you have made english version as well. With mouse you can play the game trough with one try after you learn what you should not shoot. I also like the graphics a lot. In these kind of games there should be support for lightguns as well
