And there they are, finally: the results to the MRC Oneliner Challenge. Started on August 24, no less than 36 brand new Oneliners were developed in MSX-BASIC within 5 weeks. It took us a lot longer to judge the entries, but finally the members of the MRC team decided these should be the winners:

This means that the first prize, an MSX pen and an additional T-Shirt goes to Germán Gómez Herrera, who has coincidentally also sent in the most entries by far. We would like to thank everybody who joined the challenge for their activity and enthusiasm and hope you will join in future MRC Challenges as well. As an added bonus, we now have put up a Oneliner Challenge compilation disk which contains all entries to the challenge and a simple yet effective menu to easily start all entries.

Congrats to Germán and many thanks to the MRC team for judging the entries; it must not have been easy to judge 36 entries!

Seeing as I really don't have much time nowadays for any bigger projects I really do like competitions like this "Oneliner Challenge" and I do hope there'll be another one (or similar, maybe a 256 byte .bin compo or something like that?) this year as well
