After the huge success of MSXdev'05, a new programming competition organized by Karoshi started yesterday. This time, the challenge is to develop a complete game in MSX-BASIC. The full rules to the challenge, which closes on February 15th, can be found in this forum thread on the popular Karoshi forums.
