Perhaps more than other games, Auf Wiedersehen Monty is known for its music. Its iconic tune may not be epic and huge in the way Micro Cabin games are, or spectacular like Space Manbow is, but many oldskoolers are nonetheless fascinated by it. Examples of this phenomenon can be seen here, here, here and here. Music aside, let's not forget there is still a game attached, and cartographer only_69 has provided a map for it, to be downloaded at his website.

It was my request - about 2 years ago.
Thank you very much for your dedication!

only69, did you actually win the game?
Because I remember collecting all the cash, performing all the missions and only 2/3 of the island appeared on the bottom of the screen.
Upon arrival at Montos (the good life) I unvariably got stuck.

Zezus,
The same thing over here. 2/3 of the island and got all the cash, points, items, etc. Maybe something else is needed.

Check it out. The song.

(played very very lumpy, but, what the hell, it's performed with one of the original composers)

OMG! Only_69, you even put in which item to bring where?
You rule dude, there's no-one like you!
I hope your genius and dedication will never die!

I wonder if anyone has ever won the game in an MSX

I was never able to finish the game back in the days - but then again I didn't even know about the flying...
My cassette version also demonstrated a bug where, after some endless walking throughout the screens, the level with the skilift would become corrupted and the subsequent game was unplayable.
