After a long period of silence, Ademir Carchano has returned to developing and producing MSX hardware. As a result, the small size slotexpander and 512kB MegaRAM cartridges are back on sale at the MSX Projetos website.

I have a 512k MegaRAM, use it with one of his slot expanders, a Sunrise CF card, and a SCC cartridge. This works very well with my Turbo-R. I can reccomend this combination.

Are those products available for non Brazilian people?

I have the 512k megaRAM in slot one, slot three had the slot expander in it (thank you to Daniel Kim and Bas for getting it for me).

The Slot expander has the sunrise CF-IDE in the first expanded slot, I have a faulty ESE-SCC cartridge in third expanded slot for SCC sounds. The whole combination works very well on my TurboR GT.

I'm interested on some cartridge cases

I have this expander on my Turbo-R with RAM expansion, ObsoNET, Flash ROM cartridge and moonsound, and works fine. Sometimes I also plug the CF-IDE controller in the expander (usually I have it in a non-expanded slot).
