On gamers.com an interview with Michiru Yamane can be found. She is one of the chiptune composers of Konami. When asked which soundtrack she likes the most she replies "That's a tough question. Yes, it's probably for Twinbee, for me too. It was the first work of mine that was really recognized." Furthermore she admits she likes playing Gradius and Galaga. Most of this interview focusses on the Castlevania series though. Worth reading.

Not to mention the Hideo Kojima interview there VERY interesting stuff! He won't be doing a remake of Snatcher of Policenauts, sadly enough. And he's still talking about the 'Metal Gear'-series and not 'Metal Gear Solid'-series for that matter. I like that....I wonder, he's just as human as we all are. He also must have nostalgic days and stuff. He must have surfed the internet searching for MSX or even played Metal Gear or SD Snatcher

SD Snatcher? Naaaaaaaaaa, that can't be true. Masahiro Ikariko did SD Snatcher!!

as far as i know, SD Snatcher is collaboration by many Konami composers such as those two composers + Mutsuhiko Izumi, Tekunouchi, Motoaki Furukawa and others.

Ok, if you say so Then I must reset my Idolstatus which I have given Masahiro Ikariko. He was (and still is, no worries) my musical hero.
