Nerlaska announce their second MSXDev'06 entry

Challenges - Nerlaska announce their second MSXDev'06 entry

With the recent news and discussions about the three canceled entries still fresh in our memories, Nerlaska Studio reopens the party by announcing their second entry for the MSXdev'06 contest: MSX Invaders! For this game Nerlaska teams up with RC743 (concept, graphics and direction) and Dop (music). MSX Invaders will be a remake of the classic game Space Invaders, but.. with an MSX twist about it! The game seems to become a fun game, using such characters like Pentaro, Mr. Ghost, Randar and Joe (from Parachuteless Joe, by Paxanga, an entry from MSXDev'05).

There are less than 3 months left to deliver your entry. The MSXDev game competition is responsible for an enormous boost of MSX1 games and has gained widespread recognition. Do you think you can create a stunning MSX1 game too? Why not register your entry and join this contest! Genuine MSX-spirit guaranteed!

hopefully some stalled projects from previous MSXDEVs will still see the light. For instance columns; really liked the screeny I saw back then and it had a two player mode; something seriously lacking in the MSX version by telenet.

@AuroraMSX: if you are indeed so sorry, why bother?

To RC743 and DOP: I'd rather preffer Final Quest than Space invaders...
