Games & Demos - News2004 by Infinite

 Topic: Games & Demos

A year ago nobody had ever heard from Infinite. But after this fresh MSX group released Digital Snow during the MRC Snowfall Challenge on January 5th, 2004, all that changed.

Their first MSX demo ever became 3rd on the Snowfall Challenge. Since then, Infinite have been MRC Challenge regulars, winning the Under Water Challenge with their trackmo Coral 2, impressing the MSX community the first ever 4motion demo, Sphere for the MRC Bounce Challenge and seperately releasing many other MSX products under their well known MSX nicks BiFi, Chaos, Wolf_ and... Edwin. The latter, some of whom might know as an ex-RMF member, has just joined Infinite. Today the first Infinite production to which he contributed was released: News2004.

News2004 is an MSX demo which brings you an overview of the most important and exciting MSX news and forumthreads the year 2004 had to offer. Moonsound owners will hear a pleasant MBWAVE tune with it: SillyCone Christmas, the winner of the MRC MuSiXmas Challenge. As with all other Infinite productions, the demo is well worth having a look at, although many of the jokes in the scroller will mostly be interesting to 'MRC regulars'.

Nice demo, but please don't ever make a scroll-text that long in the future!

By BiFi on January 04 2005, 07:47

It's a very good demo!! Impressive graphics and colors ... but what a pity, because I only have FM-PAC , so I don't know how the music is.
