We have just added two tools related to cassette tapes to our
downloads database. Both tools were created by Martos.
TRCAS is a tool that adds support for tapes to the MSX turboR, which lacks a cassette port. How? By using the microphone and the PCM sampler! Currently TRCAS can only load games from tape, future versions might support recording as well.
TAPE2CAS is an MSX tool to create CAS images of MSX tapes on MSX. It supports most standard and 'turbo tapes'. Sources of TAPE2CAS are included.
