fMSXFAN 1.45 for Windows was released on the 3rd of may. Some features of this emulator:

MSX DOS2
Graphical interface
Screens 10,11,12. Interlace on screen 5 and 7
OPL, SCC, PSG and 1bit PCM support

You can download this emulator here.The fMSXFAN website is at this place.Check it out for more info, but you might want to use Elingo for translation.
