Hi guys i'm new here so let me introduce myself.

I'm Rui and i'm from Portugal and i am a retro gaming collector.

Right now i have 2 MSX computers in hands, a Philips NMS-8280 (MSX 2), and a Philips VG-8020 (MXS 1) and it's about this last one i want to talk I want to ask you guys if any of you have a STOP key for it. Also i need to know where i can find a tape player for it too.

Also you can use any tape player, basically. Even a laptop will work.

What i need is a 8 pin DIN to 2,5mm jack right? Err... is there such cable?

Maybe it works by just stuffing two wires in there.
My experience is that using MWAVER with sinus option makes loading work on a problematic cable.

You can make such a cable quite easily, pinouts are available.
