Hi there.
First of all ! Thanks to all of you who helped me.
My msx hobby started again.
up dating in this message my hardware list.
i have got now also midi pac , megaflash rom scc+ , and ATA IDE CF Reader, this reader is my last bought of msx equipments.
Now i have to start learning how it works. what i can do with it and etc..
CF Reader came to me from spain. ( Thanks to Jose ).
We all are msx users and we do more developments with it. sorry my bad english.
i have got great msx collection software on my pc HDD so there i start to move files.

I never heard of hd floppies damaging dd drives. That's nonsense. I have been using hd disks formatted to 880kb on my Amiga for ages and they work perfectly. The same could be said for the Atari. For msx, simply make sure that you tape the hole, and format to 720kb.

The only floppies that MSX really doesn't like are those 2,5M ones but they don't damage your drive. It is just nearly impossible to read them. I only use 1,44M and tape them. Never had any problems.

At least on the Amiga those taped HDs tended to be less reliable than real DDs. YMMV.

hi, now i have got also sunrise ata ide CF Reader and 3 cf cards too in my msx system. Thanks to mr. warchild.
But how it works ? when i put into slot that cf reader so do i have to give some commands on my msx basic then ??
i have got few msx picture on my FB page : MSX Panasonic GT
i want to learn how this cf reader works on my msx.
can you advise to me ?

Put MSXDOS2.SYS and COMMAND2.COM on it and you're ready to go... Unless you still have to partitionize the cards... That's a bit tricky if you've never done that...

yes i have all needed files already on that 64 mb cf card so next i have to make those partitions..

right, i have got now that CF But i have got a problem too whit it.

for me is coming next : Toshiba music module HX-MU900 i ve ordered it to myself.

i will pay it in this month march 2013 so i got it 2nd of april 2013
and i ve ordered that MFR scc + with those two SD slot too.
i think it comes to me may or july this year.
So im going to buy much more msx stuff to my self.
