otherwise the knowledge will be spread into 20 different thread.
How about these topics in "MSX development":
MSX1 sprites thread MSX1 scrolling thread MSX2 sprites thread MSX2 scrolling thread
The top 4 topics that pop up over and over again
A lot could be redirected there.
I'd like to rush out and create those 4 topics with this spelling, is it ok?

(sorry, message in bad place)
John: whatever it is you're leaving for, I wish you the best and good luck. I hope to see you back here soon. We love you too.
Thank you Manuel.
Apparently, I have internet for just some days extra.
After that, it's end of the party. I was just saying goodbye too soon.
And this may be my last comment on MRC for a long time, and I wish you all very well, and I hope that you believe it when I say that I love all of you. Because I really do. I really do. But I have to go. Until next time, MSX friends! Keep it alive!
's up John?
I'll have no internet soon, so it will be hard to be here.
I put here to show to the people do not has seen my sprite development for Menace, almost all the sprites where interlaced, and there is a lot of graphics on this game that looks so nice for a MSX1.

I remain you the Green Beret demo I made with ARTRAG, we use all the MSX2 sprites on 4 characters running, MSX2 can handle perfecly.
If you use no scroll, you can put the:
-Main character (2 spritesx2) 16x32 with 3 colors
- 3 Enemies (2 spritesx2 x3) 16x32 with 3 colors (the lion is more wither, the other 16 pixel part can be on sotware sprite)
- Bullets and some rocks can be software sprites 15 colors.
- The sword of the main character can be a software sprite, because it can be of another color. (the sprite has to be the open space for it because sprites is alwais in front)
MSX2 can print small software sprites like a sword and bullets with high frame rates on screen5.
All of this without any flickering.
Music on FMPAC.
That is all, MSX2 Rastan can be very much like the original but with no scroll. The secret is to use full capacity of hardware and software sprites.
@JohnHassink please return soon
