Shipment only inside USA?

I'll ship anywhere but it will cost extra of course.
eBay/PayPal are deciding to hold my funds despite my having been a member since 2002 and having absolutely perfect feedback (you can check in the auctions above). Since I need the money immediately I may have to issue refunds to those who won the auctions and sell these items here instead, which is what I should have done in the first place. E-mail jamespolo [at] gmail dot com and I will let these items go for what they went for on eBay:
Aleste 1 loose cart: $135 plus shipping
Panasonic FS-A1FX: $150 plus shipping
If you're the winner of the auctions you can contact me to work out some other way to pay. If eBay/PayPal does not release the funds you paid by tomorrow I will be refunding you and the auctions will be void. I am sorry but this is a major problem with eBay right now and it's affecting everyone:

PayPal has always been crap
Bank-wannabee, but behaving like crooks at times & not willing to play by the rules of a real bank... Unfortunately in many cases it's the only workable / practical / affordable method.
FWIW: With eBay & PayPal being 2 hands on 1 belly, a forum on eBay.com itself might not be the best place to discuss these matters (moderators & such
).
I have refunded two excellent, prompt payers because PayPal expects me to ship out expensive items without having the cash for them in hand. Insanity.
A1FX is sold, Aleste still up for grabs unless the original winner claims it today.
Both items are sold.
