yes you can 
just download the bios roms (no I'm not going to give the location)
But if you send him a private message, or a personal masage, I think you might have a chance 
ok i got the roms from blueMSX , found it in Shared Roms
but i got Error message 
Fatal error: Error in "MSX2 Japanese" machine: Couldn't find ROM file for "Kanji ROM" kanji.rom.
i still have kanji.rom tho , pls help

ss77 : you can indeed use the roms that come with blueMSX, but there is an exception : MSXturboR because openMSX needs the 'big' BIOS+FIRMWARE GT (or ST) rom and blueMSX uses smaller roms, extracted from the big GT (or ST) rom.

Try another rom of this game that has been released three times by Konami, as the 2 first versions were buggy ...
Note that "MSX2 Japanese" is not a real system 
Example of a real system: Panasonic FS-A1WSX (Japanese MSX2+). All systems supplied with openMSX are real, except for the C-BIOS and Boosted machines.
When testing software, make sure to use a real system config and a good dump from e.g. GoodMSX.
