Best MSX Demo ever [round 1]

Finally, there we are: the first round of voting in our quest for the best MSX demo ever. With 74 nominees - all worth to have a look at - we will start with 2 rounds in which all nominees compete. After that, 66% will move on to next round and the regular "winner takes all" voting per pair will begin.

So there we are, you can help decide which is the very best MSX demo over. How? Easy! Help us make a pre-selection for the frontpage poll by casting your votes. It's simple and fun!

Below is a list of 37 pairs. Your job is to divide three points between each pair. So with the pair

option A | option B

the following scores are valid:

3 - 0 ;option A | option B
2 - 1 ;option A | option B
1 - 2 ;option A | option B
0 - 3 ;option A | option B

These are the only valid scores you can cast. Mixing pairs with others is not allowed, only non-negative integers are allowed and the sum of points divided each pair HAS to be 3 points. You will have to make this decision each pair, until you completed the entire list. Mixing pairs with others is not allowed. Only completely valid submissions will be counted.

no. most can be found on passionmsx, 'the archive', our downloadsdatabase and prolly another dozen places tho..

replaced one "Astro Star" with "The Truth" from CAIN, because

a) CAIN deserves respect. So many Sunrise Picturedisk demos. Frequency selectors, opening screens, minigames... Bozo...

b) it was the only other demo mentioned in the topic
c) nah, I don't need a C.

Ok, I too think Waves is good, but I don't think its good enough to be listed twice

If you need a quick replacement you can take the Leila K demo instead but there are probably other demos missing too
