Hi all

I'm looking for the name (and if it's freeware, also the thing itself) of a demo that I saw around 1995. All I remember about it is that it ran on a turboR and used the six LEDs on it as a VU meter.

I'd love to try this demo on openMSX, with the LED visualisations of Catapult!

Oi!

I think you mean "The Swiss Demo" by MiChi and another guy.
I believe it is freeware, but I don`t know.

Nope, it's not the Swiss demo. At least, I haven't seen the effect on a real turboR or on openMSX. If you someone else did: please tell me what demo part.

I'm not 100% sure if it was in Swiss, but there was also a separate (basic?) program that did the same...

there's an oscilloscope section in the demo, I reckon it doesn't work there?

Indeed, it doesn't.

It was in Swiss demo... That part was anyway on of the hidden demo parts. You need to hold some keys down in (or before) last greetings scroll...

It's not about INFO, ro.. It's about testing a real-world application on openMSX, to see if they implemented the INFO correctly in the emulation.

hmm, but still. if it is to test the LED status... I could give you the info and make a routine yourself to test on openMSX eh!?!
(to be honest I have to look it up too... I made a routine yeaars ago using all leds but can't remember shit)

well, swiss has it already so why bother indeed. can't remember which part though..

cheers
