I recoded my MSX webshop. This time it uses XML and javascript
There might be some interesting MSX items on there, check it out:

http://www.msx.be.tf

Get to the shop using the link in the menu on the left.

Greetings.

Normally I would say: Nice But I get a very funny error that says that my browser doesn't support XML, lol Can't you change it into: 'Sorry, you don't have a Windows machine with Micro$oft Internet Explorer'
Because your new webshop *only* works on a Windows machine with IE ((

Damn, I never thought about non-windows machines
I'm so used that everybody always uses windows (at work etc.)
Stupid of me...

Maybe you could give me a link to some code examples not using the MSXML2 object ?

I will make the webpage return the XML page for now if you're not using IE
That way you can at least view the sales Or is that not possible either with other browsers ?

Greetz.

Can you tell me if you can see the XML sales page now with your browser ?

Thanks.

Even the web shop itself? Doesn't work here in Mozilla on Linux.

Same here, using Mozilla 1.5 I can only view the XML (as sourcecode)...

Yup, that was the intention So it works.
Non compatible browsers should now see XML source.

I found how to code it that it doesn't use MSXML2 (M$), I'll be updating the site this weekend.
For now, if you're interested in viewing the page, you'll have to use the dreaded M$ software to view it
Hehe

What on earth can go wrong as long as you use components with 'MSX' in their name?

There's a second factor involved here
More specific the 'MS'
That one will do the trick of messing it all up

Took the shop back offline because of too much whining and nagging.

I expected the MSX community to be much more helpful.
In stead everybody almost started flaming me.
Definitely didn't expect that, especially not from the many frequent users here.

Bah!
