Probably IKACHAN is Ikariko. I'm not good at japanese, but I think the ending -CHAN is like SAN but for kids. So we would call him "Ikariko-san", but his mother/best friends would call him "Ikariko-chan" or "Ika-chan" for sort.

Maybe I'm totally wrong, but that is what I think
