Can someone please tell me how to defeat the dragon in the town beneath the graveyard in HYDLIDE 3????

that's the 3-headed one, isn't it...
What I remember (it's been a long time) you could shoot each of its mouths with a bow or something to kill it.

Sorry to bother you with this old stuff, but I tried to kill the dragon with a 'little bow'. I stood before him and shot, I stood next to him and shot him. But I didn't see anything or heard anything that I really hit him in the right spot. I shall try differt weapons, such as sling, dagger and spear. But did you recall that you had any difficulties defeating this dragon? THere are also some old ancient signs in the cave I can not read, do you have any clues about how to read them?
I must say it is a relieve to finally found someone who knows the game...Hope you can help me a little,

No, that's the dragon from Hydide 1.
Hydlideaddic, GuyveR800's description is accurate, and I defeated the dragon the same way. It does take quite some time to defeat the dragon, so be patient. |

heh! T&E dragons are really hard to deal
see undeadline, hydlide 1, ashguine...
anyway, i am stuck on this game too, near to finish, but i cannot break the seal!!! instead, i receive an annoying message about HOLY RAYS 
the genesis version does not have this fucking shit about holy rays. i broke the seal normally
what i have to do to break the seal on MSX2? :/

You should hit the heads frontally. The best thing to do is to aim at one head all the time, and once you've blown it away you continue with the next head.

You hardly see or hear anything, but if you've hit a head enough times it will get destroyed and turn into a wound. |

Something I've never seen an answer on is this:
How do you get the MONSTER class in character setup?
Occasionally, after generating and rejecting dozens of stats, I've seen the character class become 'Monster'. Monster's have magic, fairly high hitpoints and can carry almost as much as Thieves. IT'S THE IDEAL CHARACTER!
There must be a way (certain keysequence within the menu's maybe?) to activate this character. Or is it really pure chance to get this?

I really do not know this....
Does someone know what to do in the sunken palace. I ve seen everything, got the message about the bugle, to go to fantasytown...but what next...Is there something I must do with the "poisoned-field"? How about the space suit...it is way to heavy..?

Buy in Fantasy Town the Holy water to break the seal, enter the cave, search the Holy Rays and the Fairy Armor. There are 10 Holy Rays when you find the last you will be notified. Be sure the have enough Mind Force otherwise you will not find the rays. When you have the rays some a door will open. Behind you this door you will find a box with the Idol of Varalys.
That is enough spoiling, good gaming
