There is no conflict in the diagram, pins 1-10 on the SFG-0x have no connection, so pins 11-60 correspond to pins 1-50.
Looking at the faq www.faq.msxnet.org/connector.html#cartridge it will show you the connections. It will work fine, please feel free to check it out.  |

According to the service manual, the last 10 pins are different and they seem to be about superimpose only.
