There is no conflict in the diagram, pins 1-10 on the SFG-0x have no connection, so pins 11-60 correspond to pins 1-50.

Looking at the faq www.faq.msxnet.org/connector.html#cartridge it will show you the connections. It will work fine, please feel free to check it out.

According to the service manual, the last 10 pins are different and they seem to be about superimpose only.
