This SITE could become a POWER CENTRE for MSX if it wants

Sunrise have plans to introduce a network card with a memory mapper.

Is that the type of networking that you mean ? When did you become intereted in MSX? I have had a MSX since 1984

If you check out the MSX links section in the left menu, you can see a wide range of links to sites with information about any MSX related issue. It also has a Download section filled with freeware files in various formats and a Webshop where people can sell their products. The Contacts list displays where registered users can list their MSX skills. And better... MSX Resource Center is developing new features as we speak/write!

mmm Networking yes
well Networking is a word to get things talking and having links
trading data information

in this case what i wrote about was networking of People
with Data (information on the products ad how to fix them)
and Trading (i want more stuff for this MSX and i dont seem about to find it)

1988 is when i first seen a MSX was well impressed
it was in a MUSIC lession with one of the Yamahas
also a mate got a Toshiba one a year later and played the game NEMISIS and was even more impressed

as 8 bit computers go its one of the best ive seen

But i want more stuff data storage music software a better PSU
and if i cant get it .. that looking very hard in the UK
I want to try and build it
Also i think it needs fixing some times the Cart ports was playing up, and the PSU is playing up and am hopin to get a AT PSU for it one time cut in to a case for a Cassette port and maybe with hope i cant get a FDD for it too =... may have a adapted one for that

but thats the sort of thing im intrested

As for the downloads .. all pretty good .. how do i get it to the MSX now !!

All files are archived using the LZH method. This enables to extract the files on both PC and MSX. You can write the archive on a 720 KB formatted floppy. This fornat is compatible with both MSX and PC running Windows and other OS'es have support for that format as well.

Dudes... AngelHash (oops) is not talking about hardware here, you nerds! LOL.
He's talking about a network of people who can interact with eachother

Anyway, nice to hussle up some words and write a nice topic, but what do want actually? You're asking for a platform on which MSX fans from all over the world can come together and discuss about their hobby?

That would be nice indeed...

Anyway, maybe you should try the menu on the left for a change. Tell me what of the things you just mentioned are not on the MRC...

Bart i did ask about the Floppy drive as i dont have on my MSX

the FORUM is so big its full of 1/2 junk
as for the bits on the SIDE that is why i was asking about data transfer
and why the FLOPPY drive came in to the chat

i Like the Cart system a LOT better
and want al the Yamaha carts to see what they all do
ive not found that many seems im looking all the way around the world
even trying to look to Japan and Brazil if i can
the US is nice and CHEAP at the moment

and Europe is good to .. but not so many have eMoney
there must of been a few 1,000,000 of the Yamaha Computers
but ive never seen any one selling one
apart a few ones with theCX5M the same one i have
WERE ARE all these LOST SOULS

I can buy Music Kayboards for them
but were is the REST OF THE BODY

That is why i want a BETTER NETWORKING OF PEOPLE

and you ask what is MISSING on this SITE
how about the BLUE PRINTS to my MSX
as i have NO IDEAR what this RELAY is doing in my MSX
it has a life expec (ie only so many switchs then dies)
now when it comes to replacing or fixing this machine
i want to know whats what without havng to go hunting for it all
also need to know its specs ,, as wouldnt want to soilder in a ram chip that cant handle the voltage that is going in to it

Is there any Better Version of the Z80 Chip with the same legs or could adpated to put in this MSX

I know, it's because some people start a new topic in the wrong subforum. Subfora are very useful to keep stuff organized. For example, if you want to talk about a MSX platform, start a topic in the right subforum. If you're looking for a diskdrive, use the Trading subforum. If you have questions about other Z80 versions, use the Hardware subfora.

Use the link section to find the website of Hans Otten. Or use Google and come to the same result.

Okay, with the help in my posting you can open a topic with a title wich discribes the subject and a clear question.

For example, if you want to trade specific hardware, don't forget to mention wich hardware you're looking for.

Do the same with your second question and you will find that this forum is a great platform for sharing knowledge and meeting people.
