Well I have an msx2+ made by sanyo, the one with the 2 drives.
I was wondering is there any way to upgrade the internal memory.
Sorry if I sound ignorant, but I have been away from the msx scene for more than 7 years or something. I do know that the memory mappers made back then didn't work on the msx2+, but are there new memory mappers made which work on msx2+ or are there still people who can add some ram to my msx?

What memory mappers are you talking about? I've never heard of memory mappers not working in a 2+ system :/
I used a 512K Checkmark memory mapper with my Sanyo MSX2+ (same model as you) without any problems! And Checkmark is OOOOOLD! (and also the one that doesn't work in 7MHz or turboR machines)
As for internal upgrades, my Sanyo was upgraded to 128K, but I think there's room for 256K on the motherboard.
