A game called vaccumania, the came free with my Goldstar FC200. Waited for 5 mins for it to load from cassette, and spent hours playing it.

The first cartridge game I ever played was Hyper Sports 2, at the same time I bought Circus Charlie.

All good fun

Konami's Ping Pong. Still the best tabletennis game ever.

It's very difficult to remember the very first MSX game I have ever played. I think it were cassettegames like H.E.R.O.

What I still clearly remember is when I went to Leeuwarden with my parents in 1988. We went to the Dixons to buy an MSX Game. I still know that the wall was filled with Konami's (large rows of white boxes) and other games.

Then I grabbed Vampire Killer and payed 80 Guilders for the damn game. That was a lot of money in those times for my age.

As for today I have a retro feeling with those white boxed Europian Konami's. So I'm buying (trying) al those titles and those are real hard to get. Especially the games in mint condition with box and manual.

A frogg-clone from a MSX magazine, and some BASIC games that you can type from those magazines...

My first cassete game was Alien 8, and my first cartridge, Konami's Tennis (amazing)

I don't remember what the first MSX game was I ever played.
It was probably some taped game the I played on the MSX-1
of my uncle. (might have been Oh-Shit, actually; he *loved*
that game).

My own first MSX game was "Topologie Europa" - it came
with the MSX I bought...

Hello.

I remember the day my father came home with that strange computer and two games, in cassette. He placed the computer in the kitchen table with a tv and then we played the two games for a big part of that night. The games where PITFALL 2 and RIVER RAID (I think this is the origin of my obsession for getting these games in cartridge). After a week, my father came with a third one: JET SET WILLY 2.

Time after time games were coming home: GUN FRIGHT, H.E.R.O., ... and one day my first cartridge: NEMESIS! "Uauh!". The second one was METAL GEAL, "Uauh! Uauh! Uauh!", the best game ever IMHO for any computer/console -I have paid more than three times what I paid for that METAL GEAR at that time for the japanese version these days ...

My first MSX2 game: RED LIGHTS OF AMSTERDAM.

It's interesting, most of the times I can't recall what happened to me in school, high school, university, ... but I can recall my MSX mementos perfectly. I ... think ... I'm ... going ... to ...

Regards (I DO LOVE MY MSX).
