| You sure it has a TV tuner? Coz that would make it a TV
You probably mean it can sync to 15kHz... (A TV tuner means it can tune to TV channels)
|
When you take a good look at the pictures you can see it printed on the border of the monitor. And who places the text "with TV tuner" for heaven's sake on a tv? |

| There is also a mention to Network Rally in this topic...

In the post I remember they were also mentioned both, the network rally was based on hyper rally I think |

Yes, I'm sure I read something about it about a year ago (maybe more). I think it was in HispaMSX but I had a (quick) look yesterday and didn't find anything there. I remember there was a link to a web page with two pictures, at least: being one of them the one with the main title. |

I think it was about a year ago that I read something about it. The page I found then even included the info about the competitions that started on 9pm every wedensday and all. I'm almost positive the page was in English, but it /might/ have been in Dutch. I just can't stand the fact that now I can't find that page anymore; guess it has been taken down since then
If I had known then that almost nobody knew about this game I would have linked/copied/mentioned it. Oh well, at least now everybody knows...

One of the problems with that article is that it claims that Snatcher has a 16 channel SCC
Mr. Labruyere wasn't one of the most trustworthy persons in the MSX scene
In this case he was telling the truth, but it's hard to filter that out of the rest of the article which is mostly BS and hearsay. |

These network games will (with high probability) be totally unplayable without the network cartridge.
So unless you enjoy watching title screens, there's nothing interesting there...
Ofcourse someone might hack it Or openMSX might emulate the cartridge, and perhaps make it internet linkable ... heheh, just dreaming |
