Who knows a good form of liberating the whole stress that I have due to the handling of my small company that is than gives me of eating.

Not know if in the rest of the world it will be same, but here, everybody is attentive to see if they can steal something of money. There are no longer people of business that their word is worth of something that anything is not reserved when carrying out a recruiting, always with the ace under the sleeve.

Running your own business is stressful in any country. It's hard work to become successful, usually much harder than just working as an employee somewhere.

A lot of people that start their own business get ripped off by someone at some point. Easy target

There are techniques for relaxing and reducing stress. Maybe you can find a book about it in your local library, or on the internet.

Also, be careful you don't burn yourself out. For example, working 12 hours a day is not something you can keep doing for a long time. Although some people are better at handling this (physically) than others.
