I just got a bunch of Japanese disks from Spain and I'm trying to figure out what one of them is. The disk label has the MSX Magazine logo on it awith a blue background and some Japanese writing under the logo. It has a Princess Maker demo on it as well as another game called Paradream for the Turbo R. Does anyone know it this came with an issue of MSX Magazine? If so which one? Also, the label looks professional but the disk that it's on is a Maxell. Is this probably a back up?

Thanks,
Kevin

It's not unusual to use branded disks. It shows your customers you don't use budget crap.

It is the disk which goes with the msx magazine of summer 92 the so called first MSX-Mook. It came within a green envelop, the color of the disk is brown, the label is purple.
And the disk is a Maxell disk.

Thanks for the info! My disk is grey, but I'm assuming it's still the same thing.

Thanks again,
Kevin

There is good voices on MSX.
The Princess Maker Promo and other games.

Do you know the Fray Promo ?
Fray was very cool on MSX 2/MSX 2+ and Turbo R.
