Saludos.

I do not understand why, but the performace of paraMSX has been decreased on newer versions (0.4x). This was one of the best ports of fMSX, but looks like last releases are very slow...
Instead of paraMSX, you can try blueMSX, redMSX or fMSX-SDL. They are much faster than paraMSX 0.4x and they are very easy to use. Of courser, if you want the most accurated emulation, you should try openMSX or NLMSX, although these emulators don't have a friendly user interface.

openMSX has Catapult, a very friendly interface.
NLMSX was not so long ago applauded for its interface, and now it's discarded as 'non-friendly'?
What a load of crap...

Actually, yeah... I think NLMSX has one of the more user-friendly interfaces around! Pretty much everything can be done with a click of the mouse. It's still my fave emulator, eventhough openMSX is more accurate. I just love not having to type in order to load files and whatnot. Anyways, I've you're a beginner (or just plain lazy like me) I would most definately recommend NLMSX to anyone...

Well, I haven't used emulators for a long long time... I prefer to use my turboR |
