So this isn't all about ROA, as this thread's supposed to be. So I ask again: what will happen in the forthcoming months? I'd be happy to contribute to the game, if it were only for the gameplay part (map designing, etc). That's because I don't excel at drawing GFX or (worse) composing music. I *can* code, but my ASM skills are still poor... And besides that, digging into another one's MSX ASM code isn't my favourite job, unless it's well documented.
Nah, I volunteer for map designing for now.

Yes I do, but sometimes I have also other things on my mind. If so I probably miss it once and that was not the meaning of it. So send the email d-tail then it is in my box and I will remembered to do read.
I think Ro did it the same way already thus I am waiting your mail d-tail

| Or maybe I just quit too soon because I had similar experiences with The Lost World - sometimes very, very long distances had to be walked to proceed in the game, monsters were so tough that battles seemed to last for ages (no, it was not a status cause or something, I can say I really am an experienced RPG-player)... I never felt an RPG so incredibly boring...

If you wish to give Lost World another try you might want to use the cheat.
wait for the titlescreen to appear ( "The Lost World" ) then type in the following:
AARABZARAQ
and you will begin the game with max levels and gold + the MirrorShroud armour, which means no more fighting!
I must say I am really surprised. Personally, I find The Lost World the best Umax RPG. (I like it better than PA2+3) I just finished playing it again (to test the Moonsound version) and really loved it. |

Yes, yes, I remember the cheat was UNFINDABLE, by anybody (except for those bastards who made the game ). Quite honestly, this is the first time EVER I see this cheat code... Gonna test it rightaway!
And Umax: Though I prefer RPGs in a cyberpunk setting (SD-Snatcher, Illusion City, PA3), I must say that I found The Lost World MUCH better than PA3. It really was a great game! |

No, PA3 was definately better than TLW . The setting was cooler, the gameplay involved less constantly wandering around the entire world without a clue where to go, the story was more exciting (and funny ), etc...

I really liked TLW! And of course I found that password without too much help |
