Well, let's think:

MSX-DOS 1.x is a MS-DOS 1.x clone
MSX-DOS 2.x is a MS-DOS 2.x clone
Windows 3.0 was a GUI on top of MS-DOS 3.30
Windows NT is a follow-up to Windows 3.0
XBOX have a micro-kernel made on base of Windows NT kernel!

You see? If we look for similarities between MSX and PS2, CG and XBOX, XBOX is the most close thing!

Umpstz... Well, I only started my PC usage in 1991, so it was MS-DOS 3.30 on cheap Taiwan knowoffs from IBM PC XT

So then:

MSX-DOS 2.x is a MS-DOS 3.x clone
