GameReader might come available on the Japanese Yahoo Auctions. Just be patient for a little while, and I hope for you, you'll have a well-filled purse... At the start these thingies even cost $100 or so...
Looks like it'll get only more expensive. Maybe it's worth buying a real MSX?
