Kuniji Ikeda let us know that he has a small stock of YM2413 chips available, these chips are also known as the OPLL, and are the sound generators in the MSX-MUSIC/FM-PAC. If you are interested in aquiring one or more of these chips you can contact Ikeda at BRB35357 -at - nifty -dot- ne -dot- jp

And yes, you can mail him in English

Is 1000 Yen = 1 $, 10$ or 100$?

Is TMS9118 or TMS9918 (MSX1 VDP)?

By the way it is incredible that V9990 and TMS9918 share the same price!

- YM2413 x19 2099Yen ~ EUR 15,40 ~ US$ 18,60 ~ CA$ 25,60
- TMS9118 x1 1706Yen ~ EUR 12,50 ~ US$ 15,00 ~ CA$ 20,80
- V9938 x4 1706Yen ~ EUR 12,50 ~ US$ 15,00 ~ CA$ 20,80
- V9990 x5 1706Yen ~ EUR 12,50 ~ US$ 15,00 ~ CA$ 20,80

There's roughly 110 Yens in a US dollar, or 80 Yens in one local Canadian Mickey Mouse dollar

Shouldn't Sunrise be buying up these V9990's? They sound cheap enough...
