I am trying to run King's Valley 2 from disk, but it immediatly says 'Out of memory in 1'.
Treasure of Usas usually works but also says out of memory sometimes.
Can I solve this, I have a MSX 8250.
Thanks in advance.

Appears to be illegal tho. Usas and Kings Valley 2 have, just like almost any other Konami MSX game, been released on ROM.

yeah, all big games have it issue, also BASIC programming games

when you hold on CTRL at the startup the B:> emulator are not loaded, So, is available more memry for other things, (i think 1k more), and that memory is needed for load large games that useful all the msx2 capability.

Penguin aventure 2 , super sanac (for msx2), ... well i remember that two

With hold the Ctrl key , you disable one diskdrive, so you've more free memory.
Even if you've one diskdrive, you can virtualy copy from drive A: to B: so, you disable the B drive

It doesn't matter how many games you put on a disk, but for the most you'll need a loader.

Loader ? Is that the reason why Yie ar Kung-Fu 2 stops at the loading screen ?
I am using BAS files by the way.

Hmm Goonies also hangs.

A loader is a basicfile to put the binfiles on the right place in memory, iirc
But I'm not really a gamer and it's long time ago since I've used this kind of progs.

You don't.

The Disk versions are illegal, hacked versions. The real ones come on ROM cartridge.

I could send you the loaders you want. But you have to tell me which games need them.
Just send an email to andres@konamito.com and I´ll deliver them to you as soon as possible.
Salu2.
