Too bad, because I think there was nothing wrong with Poisonic's reaction. Why you guys do such things?

say what again or r u just blind ^_^

The contents of the moderated posts is clear enough. I also found it very offensive, that's why I just replied with 'whatever.'

In short:
-MRC is *not* posting negatively about about new software products. If individuals on the forums are negative, you can't blame MRC about it;
-MRC did *not* hack anything;
-MRC does *not* want war, as opposed to POISONIC apparently.
Thus, having those insinuations removed was the only proper way to act.

In fact, MRC has been (rightfully) accused of being too positive about new MSX stuff...

I really have no idea how you guys come up with these completely upside-down views on what's happening!

It's really remarkable... :\

Hi all,

I felt like posting something in this thread.
Not to be very negative, but could you please stop talking about 'MSX Revival'?
It sounds like you are waiting for Jesus to come back from heaven.

Just have fun with MSX, earn your money with a real job, and accept the fact that the copyrights of lot's of stuff are not yours, but owned by the people who made the stuff years ago.

Greets,
Stephan

Revival: 1a. renewed attention to or interest in something

It describes it perfectly. (Revival is synonymous with 'opleving' in dutch)

So people should stop saying stuff like 'MSX was never dead!', because ofcourse it wasn't, and you don't have to be dead to experience a survival...

"Big Boss" doesn't appear in that definition, Guyver. And that is the only difference of what we had and what we have now.

The "Revival" was announced several years ago. Has it produced new sotware and/or hardware for MSX? Not yet. Perhaps the "snailvival" would some day come, but until then, as IC said before, we will doubt about its likelyhood.

My golly what a long posts .

In any case, I like the whole revival thing, and even if it perhaps is (according to MrRudi) 'wishful thinking or childhood dreams', it can't hurt to dream a little and hope for the best ;p. Who knows what will come of it. They got my support .

It's good to have dreams and wishes
As for revival or not... Who really cares? As long as you are still having fun

tfh got my point

As for 'Big Boss', offcourse he did bad things, but when I think of it, so did I
and without 'Big Boss' nobody in europe would have liked MSX, coze then all we've had were crappy radarsoft and eurosoft games...

What's wrong with having fun AND talking about revival?
