Hi,

I have hear about a very very secret project on the fair in Bussum 2003! Some dudes are very busy with it.

There were made some pictures on the fair of this project (screenshots) but the members of this very secret project has forbid to place it and the photo's were removed from internet.

Well, because the pictures made in a public building, everyone could made such pictures and I was thinking to set this pictures online again!

I'm sorry if some other people knows about this very secret project because of this pictures, but the group of this very very secret project has to think twice and never show the project in a public building!

So what you think about this? I think this is my right to place the pictures, and yeah, i'm sorry for the secret of the project but it was a public building. So i'm not respossible for the effects.

Greetzzzzz

Welcome back to the forums Odyssey. I thought I had asked you to cool down a bit and start (joining) topics on the MRC in a more friendly mood. Unfortunately you are still on maximum conspiracy/lets start fights mode. I suggest you drop that as soon as possible. Besides, you're trying to evade a ban which was placed on your previous two accounts for a reason. If you can't behave normally on the MRC (and so far you haven't) you will only get banned over and over again. I have decided not to instantly ban you again because I feel you deserve a third chance. Just let me make one clear, final warning: it's okay if you want to make your point, but if you start insulting, flaming or in other ways causing fights on the MRC you will get a nice ban for life. I suggest you have a look at our forum policies before you start replying. If you behave like you generally do on MSXposse you'll be all-right. If you behave like you did so far on the MRC you won't.

The pictures you're talking about are probably the pictures taken during the demonstration of Guru Logic. At the time, we had a written permission of Niitani, the managing director of Aiky (previously managing director of Compile) to demonstrate the game. He asked us not to publish pictures of it on the internet though and we have also asked the people who attended the demonstration to do so before and after the lecture, in case you forgot. The demonstration did not take place in a public building and the lecture was given to a private audience who silently agreed with this limitation. If you want to publish the pictures I suggest you contact the developers and/or Aiky about it.

THe fact that it was in a public building doesn't mean automatically that the authors wanted really a massive diffusion by Internet

It is actually the same problem than what happened with the Nishi conference in the Netherlands, and still more for the beta version of the MSX-PLAYer. It was reserved for a small group of MSX fans and not intended to be diffused everywhere on the planet.

So, I think that it's better to respect the wishes of the authors. On the other side, a secret is also a surprise ... and the MSX fans like the good surprises !

hah.. here's another one to back Mars2000you up.. A chinema is a public place.. the building owners don't allow visitors to screen the movie (at least.. That's against copyright laws).

so basicly.. visiting the place, doesn't mean that the visitors may do what they please...

Apart from all that, it was only announced to the attenders to the fair and not on MRC for example.

And even though the project isn't that much of a secret anymore doesn't mean you can put these pictures online again. And like mars2000you already stated, let the game surprise you...
