I wonder if there is already an MSX emulator ported to a PDA, (PALM os, or Windows ce).

There are MSX emulators for PocketPC :

- MSXPLAYer version for PocketPC

- PocketMSX : http://www.sunbug.net/sunbug2/

- fMSX-CE : http://www.imasy.or.jp/~ngs/emu/ (go to the download page)

No MSX emulator for PALMS until now ...

Latest ones are 400Mhz and faster. Probly enough to handle decent emulation of MSX1 and MSX2. At least it can handle NES and Speccy emulation.

pocketMSX runs perfectly in a 200 MHz ARM PPC, and it's a great emu... only has sound lacks, I guess (I hope) programmers are fixing this.

GP32 has 66-133 average MHZ and last betas of FMSX32 are more than decent: impressive: 100% speed and chrystal sound.

This link doesn't work I opened the front page (www.sunbug.net/), opened "downloads", and then "MSX1,2 and 2+ Emulator for ARM v0.1b". It opens a new page but when you try to download, the file doesn't exist...
Do you know where can I download the emulator?

Thanks!

???????? It must be your browser and/or your Internet security level ....

There are WinZip icons with links, also for blueMSX and openMSX !

Anyway, here's two direct links :

http://msxzone.com/community/emulator/file/PocketMSX_ARMRel.zip

http://msxzone.com/community/emulator/file/PocketMSX_MIPSRel.zip

The MSXPLayer is not on this site, it's not freeware ...
