Wow... the wave of nostalgy...
I saw this network manual in 1991 last time.

And, as I thought, it has at least one paragraph I need to finish Net Basic manual translation - the one about system area.

And it seems that YM3802 manual contains exactly what tnt23 needs for MSX-Link.

Cool !

By the way, the half of this network manual is about CP/M and networking, and I never saw or heard about anybody seriously using this feature !
Everybody used network in basic and msx-dos !

Wasn't CP/M only on pupils computer (YIS503IIIR, diskless) and not on teachers (YIS805R/2)?

On the YIS805R2, CP/M is replaced by the PAINTER rom

On teacher's MSX (which has 2 built-in floppies) there is no CP/M in
ROM, but you can boot CP/M from the floppy you get with the computer class.

The MSXnet manual is now scanned 2/3, and will be finished tomorrow evening. I expect the YM3802 manual to be finished this weekend.
