I tried to start it in the MSX puzzle of the day topic but I think it's better if we take a fresh start. Welcome to the Amazing Neverending MSX Quizz!. The idea? Test your MSX knowledge by asking and answering MSX (related) questions. It can be about games, development, the history of MSX, MRC, anything... As soon as the correct answer to a question has been given the person who gave the correct answer is to ask the next question.

So are you ready?

'ere comes the first question:

Apart from English, Dutch, Portuguese and Spanish the MRC has been available in another language in the past. Which was it?

Because that's the correct answer. Translated by Takamichi Suzukawa at the time MRC was still a links-only-page. The evidence can be found at http://web.archive.org/web/19990202064111/www.msx.org/mrc.html

So BiFi, it's up to you to ask the next question ^_^

To make things less obvious I don't want to do a Konami-related question, but here's the second question in thios hopefully long line of quiz questions. Let's see who can give us the correct answer to this question:

A few years ago, a memory game was released where you need to find matching pieces of music. However, the actual idea wasn't from that year. In which year did I get the idea for Musical Memory?

btw: should the questions be international msx questions, or can you also refer to Dutch MSX magazines etc.?

wolf: Anything goes, as long as it's MSX (related). But, before you start asking questions you should give a correct answer to a previous question before anyone else does

Well, I don't know if it was on a sunny summerday, but it was indeed in 1995, so chaos is the next one to think of a question. For evidence read the textfile in this archive.

Hmm. one really should fix that ftp:// style url tag, since it still prefixes it with http://

wolf_: everybody could've known this. The game is downloadable for quite some years now and for historical purposes I added that year in the textfile.

Try this... A game in which you must find your comrades using guerilla, and use your ship to travel and fight also.

TFH was the first to give the answer, so his question is the one to continue the 'chain', I guess. I am , however, very curious about the answer to Leandro's question. If tfh doesn't mind, we can continue the chain with his question.

From now on, just to make things clear, the first to answer the question correctly gets to continue the chain. ^_^
