Which makes the answers:

Jamie Seed (13x) isn't even considered a key person? Pity.  Besides, I personally always enjoy doing Benson in over and over... He seems to have a certain weak spot... |

Jamie isn't considered a key person since you don't have to kill the Jamie snatchers to progress in the game, which is the case for the other key persons the question is about.
And I have decoded the texts and it says Rob Crampton... at least the list in the safe does.

Afaik, you DO need to kill the single Jamie snatcher in the cavern between Junker HQ and Syd Garden. The other twelve are optional wife-assault (battery not included)  . |

But that's after the Benson Cunningham snatcher and the question was to name the next 4 key persons... In that case Jamie is number 5.

My guess is Geiru was close to it... Q1-Q3 are right, the answer to Q4 is: Lisa Nilsen (without the 'e'), Rob Crumpton/Rob Clapton (preferrably the latter, although the first one is also considered right), Chin Shuho (right, Geiru!  ) and Benson Cunningham. Jamie Seed wouldn't count, it's just a 'naked snatcher' with Jamie's outfit. You could think Cunningham would be 'just a naked snatcher' as well, but this ain't true since you're pursuing him in the caves.
BiFi is right... my Q was 'name the four key persons after you've killed this one', which he interpreted right And I don't consider the Jamie snatcher in the cave 'the real one', where Benson Cunningham is the real one.
To make a long story short: Geiru, you're up!

It seems you mix up some things... You kill Wesley Crumpton (the preacher in North Downtown) which you mistake for a snatcher (kill him preferrably with a big-sized weapon, the S.Grade machine gun or something, since you have to do so anyway ^_^)
Beforehand, you've been summoned by two sinister persons calling themselves Lisa Nilsen and Rob Crumpton, the assumed brother of Wesley. They believe Wesley's a snatcher, and he's to be killed. You kill him, get fired at JUNKER, go to the mass where Rob 'Clapton... ehh.... Crumpton' (he speaks his mouth), one of the persons which you granted your services, preaches about JUNKER, and his so-called 'brother' Wesley (which was completely human, but just not in favour of JUNKER and its runners). Afterwards you kill Lisa & Rob as you reach the chapel inside the church.
You kill Chin Shuho in the hospital called 'Queen', whilst he's being defended by 4 naked snatchers (quite a hard battle) and you let Cunningham bleed to death when you try to kill him. He runs away, you follow his bloodtrail. You follow him until you reach a niche, which appears to be a doorway to another part of the maze. Here you will find Cunningham lying on the ground, and the Jamie snatcher next to him. You beat Jamie, Cunningham's been killed in the process... |

hmm, can't make head nor tails from that soundclip. I've loaded in cep and did some max.compressing to get levels straight, reversed, reversed it back. but still coulnd't make a pie... . beats me man.
