just e-mail peter about the hint codes... maybe some idiot would translate them to a digital document. I''ll discuss it with peet.

uhm, gheh. FK needs serious updates.. I've just moved to a new house and, sad but true, my dear MSX system is still in the box. when I find the time (read: finish painting the darn house) I'll pick it up again. that'll be like uhm, never I'm afraid of

Makeing the thing accesable through a nice site is shouldn't be my real problem. The real problem for me is typing over all the pages.
So I hope that Peter still has them in some digital format if not then he shouldn't spend the time on it. Because in that case I think it would be better that I spend my time on it because I think ROA has a higher priority.
And ro come on painting doesn't take forever but still it does take some time. (I know after helping my brother who moved to a new house.)

Well Let's send Joshua on some vacation at Theli and relax a little with some drinks while you look at port fargo scenery. (HINT)

All right! got it! It took some time but now I know the MIX-UP of the Thely & Fargo thing --

About that spoiling you meant before > Don't hesitate! Don't B afraid to tell too much! (got the key back, listened to Greg... and still waiting for Dharma to return from Callahorn)

Just got in contact with Peter, he DID have some hint code documente digitally store somewhere deep in the dungeons of his harddrive...
I recieved the package and am already analyzing it to see it it'll be e.z.accessable by an online DataBase hintcode engine (should be no biggy)
However I doubt this hint list is complete..

I'm sure there are plenty of peeps on this board, robert, who are willing to transform paper writings to a digital document to add to the website contents..

Yeah I screwed up a little on that one. Combining 2 hints at once.
Barman Port Hope -> CCAFANAGACAJAA
and then
Barman Port Fargo -> CCAFANAGACAKAA
Oh well I guess you talked to the mayor (CCAFANAGACALAA)after that one allready.
Then you should know were to go next.

Found myself in Callahorn (at last...)

-Is it my imagination or is it true the graphix become ..uhm.. more nice/better the further the game evolves?? Great job's done here again!-

Here's my Q:

I found out about the underground lake at Callahorn and also I need a item for the mayor of Panarch to use the elevators.

This item can be obtained by the item trader at Chelestra. He's offering me something but at this moment a don't have anything for him to trade with.

Now my thought is: I need a vessel to get on the underground lake at Callahorn where I can find a item to trade with the trader at Chelestra.

BUT: ... I found a 'DIAMOND TRINKET' (whatever that may be) at a beach at Fernando and sold it before... I hope this ain't the item to trade with this guy!?

Are my thoughts OK so far?? 'N what/who do I need to get a vessel at Illian??

Read this topic for a list of items, weapons, artefacts and spells In general, they're not necessary to beat the game. Don't worry, items which are, cannot be sold to the artefact trader.

The thing you need is a Foxcharm. Now, get yourself at browsing through the chart

Hmm first to Ro yeah I should be able to update it when it comes to the walkthrough list. However it could take quite some depending on how complete it is now.

Now since I'm just as lazy/buzy as you I would suggest sending me a copy of that document. So I can check with all the papers lying arround here if it's complete and what to add. (In the worst case it still would take me some months but still it saves time.)
The other option is that I will type all the shitty papers I got here and send to you or publish them myself. (which should mean something that we probally have a sollution at the end of the year or something like that.)
Since my time is limited I prefer the first option.

To Mafcase.
Graphics become indeed better later in the game. (More animations in the field and better drawn enemies.)

The thing you need is the Foxcharm from the trader. So the big question is which item does he want. Well he wants the azure moonstone.
Which can be found in a shrine on callohron. To get this item you indeed need a vessel.
You can buy a vessel in godan (that is if you have done the rights things befor.)

4 yellow 2dd disks
in good condition, only the disk-labels are a little damaged by some sort of fluid.
(this could be salt water...)

> Robert: found some of the stuff you asked for! Will Mail it this weekend...

hmm Surprising that you actually didn't get stuck at the points that got me most questions. Ooh well guess no players are the same.

Ahh and I really think it would be a shame to damage the labels.

Yo guys!

Nope I did NOT finish the game yet! My 'FOR SALE post' was more a little sarcastic and cynical ment becasuse I'm ...erm.. stuck one more time.

Once again it seems my weird kind of humour is not as humoristic as ment! My excuses for this one

But! there might be light at the end of the tunnel!

Today I went the MSX fair in Oss, met a lot of interesting peeps over there and saw a few ones who I haven't seen for a long time

(here comes the interesting part...)

After a nice talk with one which i didn't see for a while he told me he has the walkthrough and is willing to send it to me! This walkthrough is in .PDF format and also becoming Public Domain

He told me that the hint-code-thingy also was used in this walkthrough. But if this aín't true maybe we (or one of you guys) could implement it in one or another way!?

Hmm the PDF sounds good. Guess will soon see.
By the way to the people who think Lost World is hard. I was just playing Breath Of Fire V Dragon Quarters on the ps2 and for the first in a very long time that I play RPG's my ass got really kicked in less than a hour playtime.
I had heard that this game was supposed to be extremely hard. So my first idea was come on it can't be that hard. However after playing it just I might have overrated my actuall playing skills for a moment or this game is actually very hard.

hehehe - Go Robert Go!

Here's the deal:

I need the Black Irix to get into the Hall of Druids, I know I can find it in the 'pit of Doom' situated beneath the palace on Chelestra. 'Can't find me a way to get into the dungeons again. The king has these closed.

I presume I need to find Chelestra's king (who's travelling his ass off in Callahorn) and ask him permission to open the dungeons again?? - Don't know 'bout any other way to gain access...
