Let's start organising this thing then! Where to start?
-what should it look like?
-location
-date
Will it be a meeting a fair or a mix of both?

So you are gonna organize this thing? I suggest you find a location first, then you know when its available.
Meeting or fair? You decide, you are the organizer.
What I want to say is this: organizing a fair or even a simple meeting is an awful lot of work. It's not something that can be done by just shouting some ideas in a forum like this.

I suggest it'll be a low scale meeting......And seriously, the Buurtcentrum JAS in Vinkhuizen is kinda neat. And it has a good bus connection from central trainstation......And I think it's cheap as well.

Moderator/admin: Is it possible to move this topic to the Dutch subforum? As far as I can see is it a mainly Dutch/Belgium thing at the moment.

yes.. but people from other countries also sometimes visit fair here in holland you know 
and if it is gonna be a replacement for tilburg.. well.. Tilburg has been the International MSXFair for years |

But this topic is about organizing a fair, that's mainly a subject for Dutch or even Grongingse people.

I think an MSX fair in Grunny won't be that well visited as one more centralized. It's still more of the middle of nowhere to most of us.
