Not a long time ago, we already discussed the Kung-Fu pictured here.
So, what's was a conclusion - it's legal because it's sold in the country that had no copyright law when a copy was produced ?
Heh, there were no MSX computers in USSR stores, so nobody owned them.
But I can imagine the amount of illegal copies that could being produced and sold in USSR if MSX was an affordable home computer 20 years ago.
And this guy sells copies he maybe bought himself in the past even without knowing they are illegal.

Doesn't matter. I don't care if someone has illegal stuff because there was other (reasonable) way to get software, but he should not sell it. It's not worth a dime.
Oh and I could tell the TS was from Poisonic without looking at the poster, with 15 exclamation marks Cool down on the !! dude |

These copies were the only way to get software for MSX in most countries.
Ask youselves why Taito, Konamy, Compile, etc. didn't sold originals...
The truth and the right is in the middle...

You just don't sell copies,as MrRudi already said: It's not worth a dime. And where is the seller living? Italy? Didn't they have original software over there?

Those copies are a piece of MSX history!
Many collectors are interested in, but only if they are 80s products...
