- Diary - It's clear a lot of time has been spent on this one. It's by far the most original idea of the entire challenge and it works out quite nicely. Well done!
- TNI Bounce 2004 - Absolutely superb programming skills, pushing the Z80 to its limits. Both music and graphics fit the demo well, yet more time could have been spent on how to present the various effects in the demo. Especially the long silence after the first song is a bit of a shame. The multilayer effect makes up for everything, though.
- Blend - It's not very common to see Dutch MSX developers work in Screen 3. The concept is original and fresh, and worked out very nicely
- Sphere
- Overwhelming music and an animation that easily amazes anybody. It's good to see this concept of full-screen animation has finally made it to the MSX computer system. Still, basically the demo is nothing more or less than playing a movie. A good looking movie, well timed to the music, in a format for which an impressive player had to be created, but in the end of the day it's still a movie.
- Revival - Nice and decent coding, but we would have welcomed some more variation and originality.
- Bounce! - A very original concept. It has probably taken a lot of time to make it look as neat as it does now. VT52, who would have thought...
- Vector Scroll - Another fine example of decent coding, and a nice concept. Still, we kept waiting for something more than this to happen.
- Bounce - It looks very nice, but it's all pre-calculated. We would have welcomed some music in this one.
- Bounce00 - Good for a laugh

- Revenge of the Boing ball - Arg! Amiga!
The demo would have ended a lot higher if it wouldn't need the R800. We are looking forward to the optimized version!
- Bounce - It's good to see new developers taking their first (and further) steps in MSX-BASIC. The CPU should, however, be capable of more than this. Keep on going!
- Jone Jumpy - A real one-liner in MCM tradition, great for nostalgic feelings
- BounceX - Apart from it being more X-rated than Bounce00, it seems like there's little effort put into this one. (No pun intended)
- Tigger - A nice proof of concept on how easy it is to make things bounce on MSX. Educational value only, though

Apart from this there was also a disqualification: Mururoa. ANMA, who didn't know the Japanese version either, liked the concept and liked its music even more. The graphics could have been better though. | | NYYRIKKI msx master Posts: 1500 | Posted: March 07 2005, 13:51   | I still wonder, did they notice Squeek visiting the Diary(?) ;-9
About Bounce!: It didn't take that much time from me as I used ready text->ASCII art converter and I just fixed the results a bit, but my dear MSX spent quite some time with the project. Rendering the scroll text took over 20min from MSX tR! Text files and decimal calculations together with pure MSX-BASIC really make MSX to crawl!
