Hi,

According to the manual of the Novaxis SCSI interface you need a MSX-DOS2 cartridge to use the Novaxis interface on a MSX2 computer. I've been away from the MSX scene for a few years now, and I'm wondering if this is still nessesary or is it possible to replace the ROM or something??

Thanks and greetings,

Mark.

It's not nessesary to replace the rom, you just need and dos2 rom in your msx.. It can be build in on the motherboard or with a cartridge

harddisks without DOS2 is no fun anyway.

ah, you mean if you can have the DOS2 in the ROM of the SCSI interface? Maybe msd has an idea for that?

I have LPE-SCSI-1, and it does have built-in MSX-DOS 2.2
