Vampier and me have been working the last couple of weeks/months to hunt games for addresses where several things are stored. This work has the result in a cheat database which can be converted into trainer files in several formats. At this moment trainers for openMSX and blueMSX were created with over 75 trained games. |

99 lifes and 99 bullets .... fantastic !
I think that all MSX gamers will like these cheats !

Old msx magazines will be handy for this, they usually had a 'peeks and pokes' section with cheats for msx1 games.

The pokes changed data IN the game, not while running the game. I don't think these pokes are useful for this type of trainers... These trainers change the data the game writes itself and reacts according them.

In other words, thanks to Vampier, BiFi, openMSX and blueMSX, the gamers can cheat the same way as on consoles (real machines or emulators) |

Nop that won't work... this works a whole lot different then those pokes. If you had a way to change these addresses on a real MSX then it would work (actually the addresses which I have here... the ones in the cheat database will not work on a real MSX ) |
