I just read, that CPG-120 was MSX tR compatible from:
http://darkwatcher.psxfanatics.com/console/zemmix.htm

Does this mean MSX 2+ compatible or did this really have something like MSX tR extended BIOS or even something similar to R800?

Zemmix Turbo has the V9958 with MSX2 Bios.
Some games using the horizontal scrolling seems to play well.
The following link is the test result of this issue, but the article is korean .

Shortly,
The 1st pic -> "Golvellius 2 " with Zemmix Turbo, playable.
The 2nd pic -> "Golvellius 2 " with MSX2(Daewoo X-II), not supporting horizontal scrolling, V9938.
The 3rd pic -> "Laydock 2" with Zemmix Turbo with the exteral FDD, play well.

He told in blog that the F1 Spirits 3D did not playable.
His conclusion was that some MSX2+ games are playable and some are not.
