This is not Dragon's lair: this game, Cosmos Circuit, is a home conversion of a Japanese lasergame made by Taito way back in 1984, and released only in Japan. It's made for being use on a specific MSX Computer system that have a special interface for a laserdisc player: the Pioneer PX-7 (see
www.old-computers.com/museum/computer.asp?st=1&c=301 for more information about this computer), but eventually the laserdisc can be read by every laserdisc player that supports NTSC. On the first track of the disc you'll find the MSX game itself, while in the other tracks there are all the video and audio footage used in the game.
This is a futuristic racing game, with computer generated spaceships running on a pre-defined background animation taken from the laserdisc.
