The original 2 Metal Gear games from MSX are to appear on PS2 shortly.

They are added to MGS3: Subsistence as a little extra. MG:SS will prolly receive an official english language version!

The MSX games or on disc 2 ... The game will be a very cool & worthy successor it seems
